GOULASH SPAGHETTI


INGREDIENTS : 
meat of beef neck or shoulders , oil or fat for frying , onion , salt , pepper , ground red pepper , bay leaf 

PREPARATION: 
Take a piece of meat from bovine neck and shoulder and cut into pieces .In the cold vessel put a spoonful of fat or oil and meat , start to fry .

Good fry meat...

Add the onion to the same weight as the meat , which finely sliced.

Long simmer , adding a little water

Goulash ( stew ) serving with pasta of your choice ...
