Simple ham-cheese recipe


For this you need (for 4 people):
5 big potatoes
salt and pepper
200 g of cooked ham
150 g of sliced cheese
250 g roasted, diced bacon
15 g of chopped parsley
250 g of grated mozzarella
2 eggs
300 ml of cream

 That is how it goes:
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, which you salt and pepper neatly.
Lay out a square casserole or baking pan with a layer of potato slices. This is followed by a layer of cooked ham and sliced cheese. Then you repeat this layer sequence.
