Ingredients Strawberry Layer 3 oz strawberry jello powder, 1 small box 1 cup boiling water 2 cups cold water 10 fresh strawberries, chopped Chocolate Layer 1/2 cup half and half milk 2 packets unflavored gelatin, (1/2 oz or 14 g) 2 cups cold water 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup granulated sugar Instructions Raspberry Layer Place a 6 or 12 cup muffin tin on a work surface. Set 6 stemless wine glasses (approx. 12 oz) on the diagonal in the cups and set aside. In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of boiling water and gelatin and stir slowly for one minute until dissolved. POTATO BALLS INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 20 PUMPS OR BALLS. 2 medium potatoes 3,5 oz 100g softened butter 2 egg yolks Flour, egg and bread crumbs Salt and pepper Oil HOW TO MAKE POTATO BALLS: 1.-  At first, boil the potatoes. Put them in plenty of water with a pinch of salt and cook for about 25 minutes. 2.-   Once cooked, let cool and peel them. They must be slightly warm for after butter is integrated more easily. Put them in a bowl and crush them well with a fork. 3.-  Add egg yolk, butter, pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir to integrate all ingredients. Then, cover it and leave it to cool in the frigde minimum 2 hours, so that the mass is compacted. 4.-  After that time, bread them. Take a teaspoon of the dough and give to it ball shape. Remove from the oven and season. Remove 200g of the chips and place in a bowl, then build the remaining chips up in a 15cm cast iron frying pan to form a ‘crust’. Using the bottom and side of a glass, press the chips down so they squish together to form a crust. Mix together the parmesan and oregano in a bowl and scatter this on top of the chip ‘crust’ - making sure all of the crust is covered. Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
